Multi-Family Specifications – PCS Barney Series

Cabinet Box Construction 

• End panels - ½” laminated particleboard double finished with clear maple interior 

• Backs - 1/8” MDF with hang rails at tops and bottoms 

• Base Shelves – 1/2” fixed height full depth shelves to match cabinet interior 

• Wall Tops & Bottoms - ½” clear maple laminated particleboard 

• Wall Shelves - ¾” adjustable height shelves to match cabinet interior 

• Standard Toe Kicks - measure 3 ½” deep by 4 1/2” tall consisting of ¾” unfinished industrial particleboard with laminated skins available to match 

• Countertop Attachment Rails - ¾” industrial particleboard blocks 

• ADA cabinets available in most sizes and configurations 

Doors, Drawers, and Drawer Fronts 

• Doors & Fronts – solid Maple hardwood with stained finish flat panel style *Doors & fronts construction will be changed to HDF for painted products

• ½” Overlay of face frames around doors and fronts 

• Drawers – ½” Laminate industrial particle drawer box sides with PVC banded edges and butt jointed construction 

• Dovetail drawer boxes are available for additional charge *Includes ¼” bottom

• Drawer Bottoms – ½” laminated bottom 

Face Framework: 

• Solid kiln-dried Maple hardwood framework ¾” thick and 1 ½” wide *Face frame construction may be changed to Poplar for painted products

• Face frames assembled under pressure with pocket screws 

Sizes 

• Standard widths available in 3” increments 

• Full line of vanity cabinets available 

• Custom sizes may be available by request and dependent on PCS approval

• White Painted, Gray Painted, Durham Maple, Natural Maple, Honey Maple, Ballister Maple, Mocha Maple, Clear Oak, Spiced Oak 

Hardware 

• Hinges – 6-Way adjustable two-piece concealed hinges easily take doors on and off 

• Soft close hinges available for additional charge 

• Drawer Slides – White epoxy undermount drawer slides standard 

• Full extension soft close drawer slides available for additional charge 

• Handles/Pulls – Wide variety of cabinet handles and pulls are available at additional charge
